In 1982 the founding members of Spaulding Financial began providing professional consulting services to both domestic and international clients of all sizes. By providing professional business valuation and related advisory services, we have managed valuation engagements involving entities ranging in size from start-ups and small closely held companies with under $1 million in revenue to multinational, publicly traded companies with revenues in the tens of billions.
